Notes on building a whole lifeTulsa, Oklahoma

About

Hey, I'm Cameron.

Thank you for being here.

Life Domination is about building a life by design instead of letting one just happen by default. It's about taking control and working on yourself across multiple areas of life, so you can live a life you're proud of.

The short version of why it exists: I love this stuff. I've spent thousands of hours, and honestly thousands of dollars, learning how the body and mind actually work, and how to create the best possible life. Certifications, books, courses, and experiments on myself that ranged from great to mildly embarrassing. Somewhere along the way I realized I love teaching what I learn just as much as learning it.

So this is where I share it. A passion project, and now my life's work.

What you'll find here

The framework underneath everything is the Life Domination Blueprint: ten pillars that cover the whole game. Nourish. Move. Rest. Breathe. Connect. Challenge. Play. Serve. Grow. Celebrate.

Every newsletter and every post has a framework, protocol, or insight you can actually use: how to eat, sleep, breathe, train, recover, and design days that add up to a life you're proud of. Simple over complicated. Real food over everything. Systems over willpower.

Why I think it can help

Most health and self-improvement advice is a pile of disconnected tactics. Sleep tips from one podcast, diet rules from a book, a morning routine borrowed from someone else's life. What's usually missing is a system that connects it all. That's what the Blueprint is for.

And to be clear, I don't run any of this perfectly. Nobody does. I have flat weeks, skipped workouts, and pizza and ice cream nights. I'm also a dad with a full-time day job. It's progress over perfection, every time.

Training and credentials

  • Transformational Nutrition, Digestive Health, and Holistic Health certifications, Institute of Transformational Nutrition
  • Functional Therapeutic Diets Specialist, Primal Health Coach Institute
  • Heroic Certified Coach

I also race obstacle courses about once a quarter. It keeps an honest test on the calendar and gives me something to train for year-round.

The ripple effect

The belief underneath all of it: a change for one is a change for all. When your energy improves, your family and friends get a better you. Then your work does. Then the people around you start wondering what changed.

Life can be great, but like anything else, it takes work. That's why I built Life Domination.
